A cute way to serve Jell-o if you have the time to hollow out those orange rinds. Kind of a pain - but cute.

Ingredients:
4 large navel oranges
1 small package Jell-o, any color
Make a box of Jell-o according to the package. A non-orange color would be nice. Pour into the halved orange rinds. A cupcake pan makes a nice steady base.
As you can see, if you do a poor job of hollowing out the rinds, i.e. puncture the rind, you will get loads o' sinkage. No good. Take your time, don't be impatient like me.
Cut the oranges in half. Large navels work the best because they have a thick rind. Scoop out the orange segements (a grapefruit knife works well) and do your best to get rid of all the orange, making for a clean shell. I am not very good at this (cause I don't care) and you will see why this is bad in the next picture...

When they are set, cut them in half and you have cute little Jell-o "ranges."
Well here's a picture of ONE way of eating them, but I don't suggest licking them clean, really.
