Sounds gross? I hear ya.

Kim Chee Pizza

In gredients:

1 (12-inch) ready-made parbaked pizza crust
1 container pizza sauce 1 1/4 cups chopped kim chee 1/4 lb sliced pepperoni 1/2 lb mushrooms, thinly sliced 1/2 cup sliced olives 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup parmesean cheese

Start with a pre-made parbaked pizza crust, much like a BOBOLI, but I got mine at Trader Joe's. It's in the bread aisle called "Herbed bread."

This makes really tasty pizza. Or you can always make your own if you have the time.

Cover the crust with pizza sauce to start.

Next I layered on the pepperoni.

This makes a fairly good base to hold the next layer, which is the Kim Chee. The liquid can seep through and make for a soggy crust. So try to chop and drain the Kim Chee thoroughly.

Now start layering the rest of the ingredients, olives, mushrooms, ending with the cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees.

All done and ready to eat!
