This recipe is deceptively simple. I changed it by putting all the ingredients in a bag, sort of like a marinade. I think it works really well, because it it comes out crispy and tasty. YUM.


When you are ready, grease a 9x13 pan or I prefer to use non-stick foil, that makes for easy clean up. Put the chicken in, skin side down. Pour remaining marinade on top.
Bake for 15 minutes, turn over and bake for another 15 to 20.
This is a really good recipe if you work. You can put all the stuff in a bag in the fridge before you leave, and when you get home just stick it in the oven. Really easy.
Ingredients:
6 chicken thighs
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons garlic salt
pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced (or 1/4 cup bottled lemon juice)
