A marinated shrimp dish with a little bit of a kick.


In gredients:
5 lbs shrimp, shelled and cooked
1 large onion thinly sliced
1 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tb salt
2 Tb mustard seed
2 Tb ground pepper flakes
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 Tb minced parsley
2 - 11 oz cans mandarin oranges
Combine all ingredients, except for the oranges. Marniate in the fridge overnight. Drain and add the oranges just before serving.
