This is so tasty, you won't miss the fat from frying, TRUST ME.
I've tried this many times and perfected the taste.

Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

6-8 chicken thighs (skin on -bone in, please)
1 egg
½ c milk
1 cup dried bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
½ tsp seasoned salt (Lawry's)
1 tsp black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk egg and milk in a shallow bowl.
Put the seasoning mixture in a bag.

Wash and dry the chicken pieces. Place chicken pieces one at a time in milk mixture, then put in the bag of seasoning and shake. Place skin side down on a non-stick foil lined cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, turn and bake for another 20 minutes.
This is a really tasty and quick dinner, you can make it with the roasted baby red potatoes, I made it so that the cooking time is exactly the same!
