This recipe is fast and easy. Just throw the junk in, turn it on, and eat. Great if you work. Or have kids. Or have no time. I have all three going for me..

Pork Chops (slow cooker)

I don't like to serve things out of the slow cooker, or any pot/pan for that matter, it doesn't look nice. I am definitely a serving plate kinda gal.

So if you transfer these to a serving dish, make sure you pour some of the liquid over the chops. Because pork is...well, pork, it dries out fast, and these are tender and soft right out of the cooker. However, let 'em set for a while and you've got dry city up in here. Sauce is tasty, work with it!

Place pork chops in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss sliced onions on top.
(If you want to use them, that is)

Mix all the ingredients and pour on top. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. Uh...that's it!

Ingredients:
8 boneless pork chops
salt and pepper
one small onion (sliced)

1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
3 Tablespoons honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 cloves garlic, crushed
